What isL'aglione di Valdichiana and Val d'Orcia? it is an almost extinct variety of garlic, which with patience and dedication some small producers have recovered, starting the path for the recognition of pdo.

In our virtual cooking class we will learn together to cook the main dish of the tradition of these lands: pici all'aglione di Valdichiana,cherry tomatoes, aromatic herbs, bread crumbs and pecorino cheese... you will not stop licking your mustache!

The lesson will start with a small spegation of this particular product we will then continue with the creation of handmade PICI, a type of pasta typical of this area of Tuscany similar to a very large spaghetti and we will then end with the realization of the aglione sauce.
