From theancient Tuscan tradition we want to offer you and teach you two contatine recipes born after the war when when food was scarce and nothing was thrown away, not even bread!

During our virtual lesson we will tell you first the origin of these dishes and tell you a little curiosity about Tuscan Bread,the 'silly' bread (without salt), inevitable on the tables of this region, then we will proceed to the preparation of bruschetta with wine and sugar, tomato bruschetta, panzanella and tomato gruel.
