We will pick you up in the morning at your hotel in the center of Turin to reach the hills of the Langhe and Roero,near Alba, where both white truffle and black truffle grow. After about 40-45 minutes by road,we will meet the truffle man and his trusty dog to start the walk in the woods. The truffle farm explains the characteristics of the environment and how truffles grow in Piedmont, with references to soil composition, trees and the environment.

The truffle research is organized both during the alba white truffle season (from the end of September to January), and in summer for the black truffle. You will find out how truffles are found thanks to the work of the dog and the interaction with the truffle man.
